TRN International LTD Refund Policy

Last Revised: January 01, 2020. Royal Retail Customer and Royal Preferred Customer Refund Policy

TRN International LTD (“The Royal Network”) guarantees the quality of any product or service which carries The Royal Network name and certifies that the products manufactured and developed for The Royal Network meet high standards for customer use. We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way.

However, if for any reason, a Royal Retail Customer or Royal Preferred Customer is not completely satisfied with any product purchased directly from The Royal Network or an Independent Royal Brand Affiliate of The Royal Network, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or product exchange. To obtain a refund, Royal Retail Customers and Royal Preferred Customers may email support@theroyalnetwork.com.

Royal Brand Affiliate Refund Policy

If your Royal Brand Affiliate Membership is canceled for any reason, Royal Brand Affiliates may return all unopened products that were purchased in the previous 30 days for a full refund. To obtain a refund, Royal Brand Affiliates may email support@theroyalnetwork.com.

Refund Policy For Specific Items

There are some subscription services, digital content, online courses, webinars, calls and trainings, that are ineligible for a refund. This is because the content is considered to be “evergreen” content. Refunding the purchase would be akin to asking a movie theater for a refund of a movie you’ve just watched in its entirety.

Items include the following:

  • Digital Enrollment Packages For VIP, Royal Lifestyle YOUniversity & Royal Trading Academy.
  • Live Webinars or Live Webinar Series.
  • “One-off” Education & Empowerment Programs, Trainings & Courses.
  • Live Seminar Presentations That Are Not Refundable.

Our Refund Policy is limited, subject to Section 16 of our Terms and Conditions Agreement, only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and services and does not apply to any product or service intentionally damaged or misused.

As with any purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at The Royal Network. The main thing to remember is by placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
